The Outlaw Restaurant is located on Main Street in Ouray.  It is the oldest restaurant in the city and John Wayne frequented the establishment during the filming of True Grit.

 Enjoy the ambiance while dining in this establishment and ask the bartender if you could try on John Wayne's hat. 

The memorabilia in the restaurant includes the Duke's hat as well as pictures of prior guests and shingles.

 On many nights, live entertainment plays tunes that are favorites of both young and old.
